• For users integrating with Zoom, we collect and store links to your meeting/phone call transcripts, analyzing these to provide you with valuable insights regarding those meetings and associating these insights with your contacts in HubSpot based on the attendee email addresses for that meeting.

b. Google Data:

• For users integrating with Google, we collect and store links to your Google Meet transcript Google Doc files, then analyze these files with artificial intelligence to provide you with key insights. We also find meeting attendee email addresses using a Google Calendar Integration. Through integration with Gmail we can automatically draft follow up emails to your clients based on the outcomes of your meetings.

2. How We Use Your Data

a. Integration with HubSpot CRM:

• Your meeting and call transcripts may be integrated with your HubSpot CRM account to offer relevant data and insights to enhance your sales processes.

b. Integrations with AI models:

• Text from your meeting and call transcripts may be processed using our custom integrations with external AI models in order to provide accurate details about your meetings.

3. Data Security

a. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

4. Sharing of Information

a. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this Privacy Policy.
